century egg porridge
I made century egg porridge!! Surprisingly, it tasted pretty good. Honestly, i just randomly added ingredients and rice etcetc. It was really gross, coz the yolk was abit watery, and i was wondering if it was spoilt. i had to text nichola and ask her if the century egg was still fit for consumption. obviously smelling it was no use.. LOL :P please tag the reply on my tagboard - DO CENTURY EGGS HAF AN EXPIRY DATE??? so anyway.. it tasted.. Wah SUPER CHAO GOOD SIA.  oh and i added some jap seasonings too...   And being the healthy person that i am.. SALAD!! woots.  Not bad eh :P  In the evening was dinner with the dudes.. best ramen place. YUMMMM.  Andy bought weird glasses. HAHAHA. shld have used it for halloween, but we didn't :P    since the photos ended with pictures of me, i shall now proceed to talk about me. HAHAHA. got my geob midterm back.. 85%.. WOOHOO>. yest i had another psych test.. aiyo, it was tough, but i really studied hard for it. Of course, more studying cld b done, but i hope i get at least 75% -.- its gettin rainier, and i left my umb in louisa's hse. Hafta get it from her this sunday!! PS: do you noe the whole TAN family is in GEnting except me!??!?! boo hoo hoo. i hope they at least brought a photo of me to put in the room. LOL

ahhh. there sthg wrong with photobucket. SO i can't upload my collages -.- Lamerrrrr........... Anyway.. last sat was halloween. Didn't dress up, and we weren't in time to go trick or treating. But, it was fun, coz we got on a seabus and travelled to north van!!! Too bad we missed the action in seeing all the little kids getting dressed up and getting candy. The good thing is that now we noe wheres a gd place to get candy, the houses around north van area were all decorated. !! :D ------------------------- So sometimes i talk to ppl like bryan and those still in sch on msn. ANd i find out that sch is over alr!! wahhh... so shiok, mine is like just starting, with more midterms coming up and finals in a month. OH MY TIAN. i have slight regrets about taking psychology. Its really tough, and my first test marks were really disheartening. But, i guess you gotta think with the end in mind. After my first year, i will determine if i still wanna minor in psych. Before that, i will just cont to study hard and see how i fare in the rest of the year. --> ANother test this thurs!!! ahhh.. ------------------------- I heard its hot in singapore. HAha, here its just getting colder and colder. WEll, at least it isn't raining hard!

Fall
 This is a picture i stole from Liz's blog. HAHA. Below is a pic i took at my bustop.. similar huh! :P i have another better pohoto, but the cam lost battery, just as i was taking it. Ohwells..  So i'm gg through a season of fall now.. Its like 7degrees outside. FREEZING. i can see my breath as i breathe. (I canjust imagine JAnice doing the laffinf exercise with me in the cold. And we will be staring at our breath and lafifng at each other. LOL LOL :P) Fall is a really pretty season :) A season for scarfs! I like that! :) :)

Tangyuan!
i've been having the ultra high craving for tangyuan! so i went ahead and bought the glutinous rice flour, brown sugar, and ginger for 'Teng's' - the chinese market near my place. Instead of waiting for mommy to tell me the secret recipe, i went ahead and anyhow agar-agar. turned out pretty good!!! of course no fillings, i just made simple ones. To me the texture of the tangyuan was superb. SO springy and bouncy! the soup was a little sweet tho (obviously, since i just dumped the brown sugar in randomly. LOL ) but the ginger taste power man!!! :D

9th otober'09
This is a middle school near my hse, i came home that day early, and they were having their break!! its refreshing to see little kids, since my hse is always SOOOO quiet. made me miss rapphy! hahaha :D  i made meatballs and turned instant noodles into healthy noodles by using tomyam soup base that mommy packed for me!! :D   looking good people :D

r5 The day we all went out for korean food at nor-bul! Yea, we're in CANadaaaa!!!!!!!!!  Waiting for the food - cameron, eden, mina, nichola - one korean here!  joon, joy, andrew, andy.. I dunno how i got stuck with all the korean boys. LOL - one singaporean here  cameron and eden!  I can't remember why nichola is doing this pose.!  mina acting shy...  eden being very entertained by cameron LOL  apparently it was very entertaining !!LOL :O  Eden and her 떡볶이 - obviously i wrote this wrong, but its korean rice cake. YUMMYYUMMY.  Andrew.... being andrew. LOL   oooh, yummy!  abundance of food!  LOL. :P     ok, the followng pictures are taken with my cam, but i'm not there, so i can't really give a commentary!! sorry!!! :D basically they were drinking soju... :D

joy time
 yeaa. . I feel like maybe i need some joy time? Some time to sort out things. I don't want my life to only be about studies, living from test to test and midterm to midterm. I'm thankful for God's faithfulness till now, i must admit, its been hard to be consistent in spending time with God. I pray that even as i'm here, that i won't lose focus. That i won't lose focus on God, on the eternal, and to remember that my life on earth is not all that there is to life. I want to live holding God's promises in my heart. Yes, school is important, and i'm doing my best to stay on top of things. But, I don't want to forget God is the process, which happens so easily. If i don't make the conscious effort to remember God in my thoughts, He gets forgotten so easily amidst all the hustle and bustle of life. Unfortunately, i'm not superwoman. I'm imperfect, highly lacking in time-management skills and priority management. I must say that these are all life lessons though. To learn how to manage my life. How to prioritize. THank you for praying for me, whoever you are :D I know that His faithfulness and Love will carry me through.

pictures from way back when joon and mina bought fridges for their dorms, from future store.   gaudentz and joon carry the fridge, as u can see joon is struggling, according to him, the back of the fridge is heavier and harder to carry. yes, i wonder how many of us actually believed that    Gaudentz and his car!   Joy and Mina - with her hair down WOO HOO (she normally ties her hair up) this day, she decided to let it down since eden kept commenting that she wanted to see mina with her hair down. The funny thing though is that eden wasn't even there -.-  Weet weet :P  Rainbow - on the way to richmond night market   Lumberjack anyone?  I like this pic, don't u?? HAHAH.
